At Bingham Ranch Events, we’re dedicated to helping you create lasting memories with your loved ones. Our beautiful historic venue, meticulously restored, offers a stunning backdrop for weddings and special occasions. With a large white tent that can host up to 300 guests for your reception dinner and serves as a backup plan in case of bad weather. A large open pavilion for cocktail hour and dancing. With twinkling lights on the large oak trees, you and your guests will enjoy beautiful scenery and thoughtfully developed amenities designed for your comfort and elegance. Amenities

We offer a comprehensive 14 hour rental from 10 AM until midnight on Friday and Saturday, and 12 hours Sunday through Thursday, ensuring ample time to enjoy your special day.

  • A spacious white tent that can host up to 300 guests with the option of closing up the sides in case of bad weather.
  • A spacious open pavilion (60ft x 62ft) for your cocktails and dancing, perfect for hosting your guests in comfort under lots of beautiful twinkling lights from the ceiling.
  • Multiple ceremony sites include in front of the live oak trees, in front of the white house, in front of the pavilion and soon overlooking the creek all the while providing a picturesque backdrop for your vows.
  • A private bridal dressing room in the historic White House, allowing for a serene space to prepare. Ample large mirrors and great lighting for hair and make-up preparation.
  • The bride and her party get full use of the 2,600 sq ft historic white house for the day.
  • Complimentary use of the venue for engagement photos, bridal portraits, graduation pictures, family portraits, the list goes on and on (appointments necessary).
  • The "Men's Suite" is 1,800 sq ft spacious area where the guys can relax comfortably, play games, or watch TV while waiting for the big event.

  • 12 round tables (60" rounds) accommodating up to 96 guests.
  • 9 rectangular tables (8 ft) that can seat up to 72 guests.

  • 100 white resin chairs with seat cushions for guest comfort.
  • 50 white resin folding chairs for additional seating.
  • 7 serpentine tables (76" wide) ideal for cake displays or food setups.
  • Elegant white table linens and table skirts for a polished look.
  • A selection of candelabras and unity candleholders for your ceremony.
  • Arches available for ceremony use to enhance your decor for a minimal rental fee.
  • Prior-day setup of tables and chairs by our dedicated Bingham Ranch Events staff.

Feel free to choose your own vendors, but we’re happy to provide a list of preferred vendors to assist you.

Pricing

Currently, we can comfortably host up to 300 people under the large white tent, the open pavilion can host up to 100 guests for a sit-down dinner. or if dinner is planned under the stars, our space is unlimited. Our courtyard is very spacious between all our buildings. 

Weddings

Our wedding pricing is structured for a full 12-14-hour day depending on the day. 

  • Sunday through Thursday: starting at $2,800
  • Friday or Saturday: starting at $4,500 
  • Holiday Rates (Valentine’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, any day of the week): starting at $4,500 
  • Price is determined upon number of guests.
  • Micro Wedding up to 50 guests and 6-hour rental time starts at $3,300 
  • Incidental Deposit (refundable if no damage) $1,000 to hold your date

Parties

For parties, we offer rentals ranging from a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 10 hours. Pricing is per hour unless stated otherwise:

  • Sunday through Thursday: Starting price $75 -$100 per hour.
  • Friday or Saturday:  Starting price $100 - $125 per hour
  • Holiday Rates (Valentine’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, any day of the week): $150 /hour
  • Incidental Deposit (refundable if no damage): $1,000 to hold date 
  • Clean-Up Fee (required for all parties): $200

An extra hour before the event is included with no extra fee for decorating before the event. If more time is needed for set up, please discuss with Bingham Ranch Events management.

 

Add-Ons

Rehearsal Dinner (pavilion only if available): additional $200 fee

Complimentary use of the venue for Bridal Shoots, Engagement Photos, Graduation portraits, Family portraits etc. etc. for anyone who has a current booking with us. An appointment is necessary to set up.  

Some other add-ons to be aware of is the event insurance that is required for all packages. It's very reasonable at $125 for your rental time. 

We honor and are thankful for all who are serving and have served our country. We give a discount for all military couples looking to celebrate their love with us. (Does not apply to previously rented weddings and/or parties or your family members who have served)
