Open Pavilion (60ft x 62ft) – perfect for cocktails, dinner, and dancing; features twinkling ceiling lights, retractable screens, and A/C comfort (up to 120 guests) , with large bathrooms conveniently located in the main reception area. Grand White Tent (4,000 sq ft) – accommodates up to 300 guests with chandeliers and romantic lighting, and full climate control with heat and A/C. Party Hall – ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 50 guests (available at $150/hour, 4-hour minimum).

The Historic White House (2,600 sq ft) – full-day access for the bride and her party, with a private dressing room , mirrors, and natural light for hair and makeup. Men’s Suite (1,800 sq ft) – a relaxed retreat for the groom and groomsmen, featuring games, a large TV, and two full private bathrooms.
